Service Agreement

  1. FSBO Arizona Homes, LLC is a real estate advertising company. Our company provides an advertising service to help you sell or find a property. Our company does not guarantee the sale of your property. The company does not employ a licensed real estate agent or broker.
  2. ADVERTISING FEE - Our fee of $149 includes a three (3) month listing on our web site and a professional yard sign (4x4 post and sign) with the sellers contact phone number and an attached brochure box. Service is for one property only and may not be transferred to another property. There is no charge for viewing listed properties. There is a one-time $10.00 fee to renew the listing after 90 days.
  3. MLS LISTING - FSBO Arizona Homes, LLC   can also provide a listing of your property on the MLS, for an additional $50. MLS listings are a six month listing only, renewals are $50.00 for every 6 month time period. The maximum commission you will pay is 3 1/2 percent of the sales price. Please contact us for this option. Your property must be listed concurrently on our web site and your account must be current.
  4. Most signs are installed within 5 business days. It is the seller's responsibility to call AZ Blue Stake (800-782-5348), an underground utility line locating company, to be sure the area is free of utility lines prior to sign placement. There is no cost for this service. It is your responsibility to place a flagged-marker or sign in the location that the yard sign is to be safely located. The company is not responsible for damage to any underground  utilities or sprinkler systems from the placement of the yard signs.
  5. FSBO Arizona Homes, LLC does not provide refunds due to the up front cost we incur when listing a new property.
  6. The seller is responsible for the accuracy of the listing. FSBO Arizona Homes, LLC takes no responsibility for accuracy of any listing, and encourages sellers to list accurately. Refusal to do so could result in termination of the listing.
  7. All clients agree to notify FSBO Arizona Homes, LLC following the real estate closing so that we can change the status of your property on our site to “sold”. We will then come out to the listed property to pick up our sign and post.  In the event of damage or loss of our yard sign the seller will be charged $100 to incur the cost of the sign.
