The following features are included. Your listing will run for 90 days. There is a one-time renewal fee of $10.00 if you want your listing to remain on the website after the initial 90 days.
MLS direct listing plan $199:
Includes everything listed in the above plan, plus you get the added MLS exposure and save on the listing commission. The maximum commission you pay is 3 1/2% of the actual selling price. Contact us if you would like to choose this option.
